Hydraulic Cylinder Assembly
The hydraulic cylinder, also known as the valve box, is the most important accessory in the hydraulic end system of the drilling pump. It is a high-precision high-pressure valve product whose function is mainly used for the suction and discharge of the mud pump at the fluid end of the mud pump.
The material of the hydraulic cylinder is alloy steel 35CrMo or 40CrMnMo forgings, and the three hydraulic cylinders of each pump can be interchanged. The structure design of the F pump straight-through hydraulic cylinder, that is, the valve on the valve, reduces the volume of the hydraulic cylinder and improves the volumetric efficiency. If required by users, electroless nickel plating can be done on the surface of the cylinder to enhance its corrosion resistance.

The XH768 CNC machining equipment and technology, which integrates, milling and tapping, enables the valve box to withstand 31 MPa working pressure, improves the processing accuracy and safety factor of the valve box, and makes the valve box have the advantages of high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life. It can meet the requirements of high pump pressure and large displacement in oil fields. The product complies with API SPEC 7K specifications and is widely used in the oil drilling industry. we can also process and provide other types of valve boxes according to customer drawings and requirements.
