The BOMCO F-500/800/1000 drilling pump is an important equipment for oil drilling rigs. Its function is to transport drilling fluid to the bottom of the well through the high pressure manifold in the circulation system to cool the drill bit, clean the bottom of the well, break the rock, carry cuttings and Balance formation pressure, etc.
The design and manufacture of F series drilling pumps meet the requirements of API Spec 7K “Specification for Drilling and Well Servicing Equipment”. The specifications of the fluid end cylinder comply with API Spec 7.
Order Instruction:
1. Single pump
Single pump includes: pump body, spray pump, air bag, safety valve, random tools and rubber seals that can be replaced once. Single pump does not contain pulley and large base.
The spray pump is driven by the shaft head belt, and the lubricating oil pump at the power end adopts a built-in structure. The user needs special instructions when using other transmission types. When there is no requirement from the user, a φ170 cylinder piston is assembled in the pump at the factory.
2. F series pumps are divided into two types, metric system and inch system, which can be selected by users.
Metric pumps use metric threads. Inch pumps use American threads.
