The outer sleeve is forged with 45 # steel to resist wear, and the inner sleeve is lined with ceramic lining, which is tightly combined by the inner and outer layers. Ceramic liner seems to be expensive, but it actually reduces the cost of operating the mud pump. Our ceramic liner has been proved to have a service life of 4000 hours. Pure zirconia ceramic cylinder liner is hard, wear-resistant and acid-base corrosion resistant, so it is very suitable to be used as the cylinder material of mud pump. It is suitable for drilling and production environment with deep oil reservoir and bad geological structure, as well as offshore oil and gas development.
