F-1300 and F-1600 drilling pumps are used to deliver high viscosity to the bottom of the well under high pressure during drilling. The drilling fluid with high density, high specific gravity and high sand content is used to cool the drill bit, wash the bottom of the well, break the rock, and carry cuttings when returning from the bottom of the well. It is one of the most important process equipment for oil drilling operations.
The design and manufacture of this drilling pump meet the requirements of API Spec 7K “Specification for Drilling and Well Services Equipment”.
All the expendable parts (valve body, valve seat, cylinder liner, etc.) of the fluid end can be interchanged with the parts of the same specification manufactured in accordance with API standards.
Order Instruction:
1. Single pump supporting range
Single pump includes: pump main body, spray pump, air bag, safety valve, random tools and rubber seals that can be replaced once.
Single pump does not contain pulley and large base.
The spray pump is driven by the shaft head belt, and the lubricating oil pump at the power end adopts a built-in structure. The user needs special instructions when using other transmission types.
When there is no requirement from the user, a φ170 cylinder piston is assembled in the pump at the factory.
2. F series pumps are divided into two types, metric system and inch system, which can be selected by users.
Metric pumps use metric threads. The inch system adopts American thread.
3. For ZJ32 and ZJ45 drilling rigs, when the drilling pump is required to be reversed, please order the F-1300R and F-1600R reverse pumps.
4. Features of F-1300R and F-1600R reverse pumps:
4.1. The guide plate gap is 0.25-0.40mm;
4.2. The upper and lower guide plates are interchangeable;
4.3. The lubricating oil pump is connected by reverse rotation.
